Our RaSayan! plant is designed to produce various Surfactants like LABSA, SLES (1EO, 2EO, 3EO), Low Dioxane SLES (1EO, 2EO, 3EO), AOS, etc. Our Design is based on Computational Fluid Dynamics Simulations, Vast Knowledge & Experience in the field and continuous Research and Development through Lab Tests and Pilot Trials.
We can offer plant capacities range can range from 1.6 TPH, 2.0 TPH, 3 TPH, 4 TPH, 5 TPH & 6 TPH. The plant capacities are fixed based on the number of tubes in the Film Reactor and Tube Symmetry. Higher Plant capacities are always possible by cascading 2 reactors.
As a practise, we have derived all our Plant & Equipment design from scratch using High - End Software's and Base Calculations resulting in Efficient and Accurate Plant Outputs to benefit all our Customers.
