Following the commissioning of our first Independent RaSaayan (Sulphonation) Plant in the year 2020, and the successful delivery of several sulphonation plants, Milindia is proud to announce the commissioning of another Film Sulphonation Plant (5 TPH capacity) in India. The plant can produce LABSA 97, SLS, SLES, and AOSNa, supporting the growing needs of the detergent and surfactant industry.

Milindia is proud to announce the successful commissioning of our new innovative technology stamper at one of the Units of the Leading Toilet Soap Manufacturer in India

This new technology meets the customer requirements to produce up to 1000 Stamped Soaps per Minute and to allow seamless transfer of the Stamped Soaps to four Discharge Conveyors / Lanes. Each lane feeds the soap to Individual Envelope Wrapping Machines. The option to feed to 4 / 3 / 2 / 1 Envelope Wrapping Machine in case of maintenance / change overs is also possible.

Milindia is delighted to share that our Continuous Saponification Plant directly linked with the Continuous Vacuum Soap Cooling & Drying Plant has been successfully commissioned in Central India. This plant producing Soap Noodles at 10,000 KGs/Hour.
